House - Circa 1820
One
of the oldest brick dwellings in Buchanan and is on
the historic register. Originally was 4 rooms with
fireplaces at each end. In the early 1900's, it was
Victorianized with the addition of sheet windows,
bulls eye door, door transom and additional rooms
to each side and end. Over the years it has been a
private residence, apartment building, potter shop
and now an antique store. Building can continue as
a retail outlet or be restored to a private residence.
